How Do I Book a Princess Party?

Accepted Answer

It’s easy to book one of our princess parties! Simply click on our Book Now page or contact Eleanor directly at 949-462-4674. We do require a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit (which goes toward your party total) to secure your character, day, and time. You will receive an invoice once we receive your booking request at which time the deposit can be paid. Full payment must be made 48 hours prior to the start of your event.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

We recommend booking your princess as far in advance as possible. Our princesses are extremely popular, so the sooner we know about your party, the better! However, don’t hesitate to contact us if your date is coming up soon. We specialize in last-minute events and will do everything we can to make your party happen.

Question 3

I Paid My Deposit....Now What?

Once you have booked your character and paid your deposit you will get your confirmation via email. We will be in touch with you via email one week prior to your event to confirm all details and you will receive a final invoice for any outstanding balance due 48 hours prior to your event. 
 
Your princess will text or call upon arrival to your event to go over her entrance details.

Question 4

Does the Princess Come to My Home? Where Do I Have a Princess Party?

We come to you! Most of our parties are held in private homes, but we can come to wherever you are holding your event. We've appeared at parks, event spaces, churches, daycare centers, roller rinks and even rock climbing venues!

Question 5

When Should My Princess Arrive?

Accepted Answer

We STRONGLY recommend scheduling your character at least 30 minutes after the start of your party. Guests have a tendency to be 'fashionably late' and we want to make sure that the maximum number of guests are in attendance for the character visit.

Question 6

What Do I Need to Do to Prepare?

Accepted Answer

You will not have to prepare or provide anything beyond what you will need for the party before your princess arrives and after she leaves. Our princess will come prepared with all supplies and props necessary for your chosen activities. Please keep in mind that she will not be bringing decorations or dress up clothes for your princesses, so you will have to provide those extras if you’d like them.

What Should I Expect When My Princess Arrives?

There is a general timeline that our princesses follow.

The princess will text or call you upon arrival and you will let her know when is the perfect moment to make a grand entrance. Once she has arrived and has greeted your child, she will begin with story-time. This helps get the kids out of the awestruck mindset and become more comfortable with the princess. Depending on the package, things like etiquette lessons and games will happen next. If you choose to add on face paint or hair boutique, a princess party makeover will follow.

Near the end of the party, we want to make sure you get special time to take pictures with the princess and any of the party guests but not before the   special crowning ceremony. Once your princess or prince is crowned and you’ve gotten all the pictures you want, the princess will help sing Happy Birthday as the cake comes out. After this is always the perfect time to conclude a magical party.

Can I book 2 Princesses?

Absolutely! When booking two princesses, the price is doubled, plus you'll receive an additional 15% off. Simply let us know in your booking form if you'd like to add a second princess.

Question 9

What is a Singing Story-Time?

Accepted Answer

All packages include an interactive singing story-time with your little ones' favorite princess featuring songs such as Let It Go, Do You Want To Build a Snowman, When Will My Life Begin, Something There, Part of Your World and more! Each character will sing 2-3 of their most popular songs and can even take special requests.

What is a Crowning Ceremony?

All birthday packages include a coronation ceremony where the performer crowns the birthday child “Princess (or Prince) For the Day.” The crown is for your little one to keep as a special memento!

What are Etiquette Lessons?

Accepted Answer

Guests learn what it means to be a princess, practice their royal manners, and are inducted as “Princesses and Princes in Training.”

How Do I Add Face-Paint or Hair Boutique to My Party?

Accepted Answer

You can add face-paint or hair boutique when booking your party online by sending us a note in your booking form. If you would like to add these extras after you've made your reservation, just simply shoot us an email or text and we can add it for you.

Can We Invite Boys to Our Princess Party?

Of course! We come to our events prepared to entertain boys and girls alike. With a multitude of activities, there's fun for everyone!

How Far Do You Travel?

We serve Teller County, El Paso County & Park County. If your location is outside these areas, there is a $2.00 per mile charge to your location which will be calculated once we receive your booking request.

Question 15

Can I Change the Character for My Event?

Absolutely! If we have character availability for your new request on your event date and time, a switch can be made. All switch requests must be made no later than 48 hours before your event.

Question 16

How Do I Cancel or Re-Schedule an Event?

Please contact us to cancel or reschedule. You can reschedule up to 5 days before the event and cancel up to 2 days before the event.

There is no fee to reschedule, however should you wish to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable.

Do You Offer Any Charitable Donations or Discounts?

At the heart of Storybrooke Princess Events is our love for spreading magic to underprivileged and less fortunate children and helping out whenever we can. We enjoy working with a variety of nonprofits and with other unique charitable situations.
